Product Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, we will credit, replace or refund your order. Contact us immediately on any service or quality issues. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order as this is required in replacement or refund situations.

Returning Online Purchases

With receipt, 14 days for a full return or exchange as long as the reflector is sent back with its original packaging, attachment device and is in new condition. If you paid with a card, that same card will be credited back the full amount, or be credited to your PayPal account. Postage will be paid by the sender.

At certain times of the year, reflectors may be on sale as final sale, and can not be returned (ie November to January)

When Mailing Back Reflectors

  • Pack your return in the original envelope/package if possible
  • Include the original packing materials, and any other information that was sent out
  • For proof of delivery, we recommend using registered mail

Please note that you are responsible for shipping charges, however it the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping. Please do not return items COD. Any charges for COD shipments will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable Reflectors

Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse, etched or otherwise personalized items, or any items not sent back in the original way in which it was received, missing components

Special Offer Returns

To receive a full refund, any free gift that was sent along with the order must also be returned. If you do not do this, the refund amount will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift.
